Fission Seed 0.1

Fission Seed 0.1 has been released. This is the first release of the game.

This is mainly a preview release with a few missions to flush out bugs and gameplay issues. There's a pygame bug in 1.9.1 that causes the lighting effects to fail under certain conditions and I'm interested to know if you see this so let me know. You will notice that some/all characters appear very bright!
