Pygdynamite
A new engine to make developing and tuning games much faster.
It is a combination of a very lightweight engine, much simpler than Serge, and a reloader that allows you to change configuration and code dynamically while the game is still running. There are also tools to create checkpoint and loop around so you can quickly zoom in and replay specific game actions to tune the logic and config.
